There are several different ways to discover Crete on your own. Crete is a beautiful island that has a lot more to offer than just sea, sun, beach and a fabulous climate. Below we present you with the possibilities where we will, of course, arrange the reservation of your apartments, cars, scooters, motorbikes, boats or bicycles.

Crete Fly & Drive

Through our many years of living on the island we have come to know the best spots to visit, especially those that are unknown to mass tourism. We have put together a Fly & Drive program of 14 days where you can visit all these spots. The tour covers the whole island and includes accommodation, car, insurances, road maps and contact persons. Again, as you have grown accustomed to by now, you will be able to make this program as short or as long as you please. You can combine the Fly & Drive program with all our excursions whether its hiking, cooking, diving, cycling, etc. We will gladly send you the program should you be interested. This is a good way to discover Crete.

Car hire and rental
The most important part of renting a car is that you will receive a safe vehicle and that all insurances are correct. In cooperation with a fully licensed rental company we can guarantee you quality and service. Your insurance will be all-in with no excess. You will have 24 hrs road assistance and an emergency number should you get stuck. Please keep in mind that you need to be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license of minimum 3 years. Scooter and motorbike rental

There is nothing like touring the island on a motorbike or scooter, but… let’s keep it safe. The company we work with is fully licensed and has only well maintained machines. This company offers 24 hrs road assistance as well and arranges alternate transportation should you have a problem. We will be happy to send you pricelists and categories upon your request.

Bicycle and mountain bike rental
Renting a bicycle or a mountain bike is often a bit more difficult on Crete. Often the true mountain biker brings his own gear bringing with it a nice transportation expense. We have found an excellent company with a wide range of bicycles for both the Sunday afternoon cyclist as well as the semi-professional. We will be happy to arrange the reservations for you if you would send us an e-mail with your requirements.

Public transportation

Public transportation on Crete is stunningly efficient and a cheap, comfortable way of traveling. The public busses are either the blue city busses or the green busses that connect the villages. Our accommodations have both the summer and winter bus program available for you. The crews will be happy to answer all your questions.

Routes and road maps
Throughout our years on Crete we have collected an amazing assortment of road maps from car routes to hiking routes to cycling and sailing routes. Our broad experience gives us the chance to inform you on all excursion combinations, sights that should not be missed, tourist attractions from a different point of view and unknown spots where mass tourism hasn’t gathered yet.
