Jeep safari on Crete
Our jeep safaris are days with fun, culture and action. At this moment we have set out 8 different routes which allow us to cover all areas of Crete on unpaved roads. You cannot totally ignore the asphalt, we do need to get to the mountains, but the largest parts of our trips are on dusty paths and dirt tracks. All routes will drive us through beautiful nature, authentic mountain villages and rough rock formations. During our trip we will make our own coffee and enjoy an outdoor bbq lunch. A day for young and old that you should not miss.
Safari holiday
We offer you the possibility to combine 2, 3, or 4 different safaris with overnight stays in the different accommodations we offer. You could even choose to cross the whole island in a jeep in about a week. You can combine these safaris with our other excursions and activities like a few days hiking, cycling, snorkeling, sailing, etc. etc. We would be happy to send you more information by e-mail.
Quad tour and buggy rally
The Cretan mountains and inland are especially suited for tours by quad or buggy. Driving these vehicles is easier said then done: giving gas, turning, trying to keep balance… they are a challenge for the enthusiast. During our trips we will show you amazing parts of unknown Crete while you will get a nice whiff of the culture along the way.
Abseiling and rappel on Crete
The excursion abseiling is a very adventurous and wonderful outdoor activity. We will take you to a considerable height where our experienced instructors will get you acquainted with abseiling in a safe and responsible way. You have to be in good health and be reasonably fit for this day. We are also happy to guide the experienced abseil fanatic. Please let us know your experiences so far so we can inform you accordingly.
Mountain biking and cycling
There is nothing like a day of cycling through the Cretan mountains. We have put out several routes on different levels of difficulty so everyone can enjoy a day on a bicycle. We are happy to supply you with the road maps and cycling routes if you would like to go alone, or you could book a guided tour with us… it is up to you. In cooperation with a fully licensed rental company we will reserve your bicycle or mountain bike including all insurances for you; this way you can cycle through the area safe and relaxed.
Hiking and rambling
During an outdoor holiday you should not miss out on an adventurous gorge walk. We offer a wide range of hikes and walks covering the whole island. Please read our link walking and hiking: every excursion states the length and difficulty of the hike so you can make an informed choice.
Outdoor activities on Crete
Also some water activities are nice to do. For example canoeing. With the canoe you can go along the coast and see the beautiful beaches of Crete.
